Matrix Facilitator Training

We provide 'Train the Trainer' training for Facilitation professionals in all our Matrix Training Solutions.

While it is perfectly possible to use our unique and proven range of instruments, workbooks, diagnostics and processes as the basis for creating your own bespoke designs. We have already spent considerable time, expense, effort and energy developing 'business ready' learning packages that we ourselves use with our clients who operate in complex global structures.

From an external Training company context, and equally from an independent Trainer perspective, the confidence of knowing a workshop design is not only proven, but received with extremely positive feedback from different levels of management and front line audiences working in matrix type structures, is an attractive business proposition and opportunity.

From an internal ‘In-house’ Learning and Development professional context, the ability to add unique, matrix specific learning solutions to your existing portfolio of ‘in-house’ corporate offerings is equally attractive from a cost and time saving perspective.

The design cost for each of our Training Solution workshops is UK £5,000 each (or local currency equivalent), plus VAT or Tax, venue costs and Facilitator expenses.

The only additional costs to factor into commercial calculations are Matrix LEAD Influencer BTI™ Certification and political intelligence™ Licensing, because both these instruments are integral to almost all of our matrix specific training solutions.

There are many benefits for choosing to purchase a complete workshop design package, apart from the obvious one of being able to quickly market and run you own variants of our workshops, incorporating your own unique offerings or services into the design.

For example you do not need to spend the several years on research and design costs that we have already spent, which enables you to get your ‘new’ product to market far more quickly.

In addition you do not have to create new materials, you can simply re-brand our already complete Facilitators Guides and PowerPoint packages that accompany each of our training solution packages, and use them as your own !

An additional benefit to external Learning & Development providers is that you will also join our growing network of approved providers who use our products, enabling you to leverage and access our professional network of resource for large scale global program roll-outs.

International travel is charged at Business Class airfare rates, and ‘in-country’ air travel is by Economy air fare rates. Mileage throughout Europe is charged at UK.45 p per mile (or local currency equivalent). All invoices must be settled within a 30 day period (which includes business and non-business days in that 30 day period). The workshop price is based on a minimum payment of x12 participants attending an 'in-house' workshop, with the client organisation covering venue, food and refreshment costs).
