The LEAD Influencer Certification Workshop is a 2 day event that will provide you with the ability to administer, interpret and present The Matrix LEAD Influencer BTI™ in both individual learning (i.e. Coaching and Mentoring) and group development contexts (i.e. Training and Facilitation).

In addition to gaining an understanding of The LEAD Influencer BTI™ instrument on day 1. On day 2 you gain a complete familiarity with how to use the subject specific Matrix Intelligence™ supplements that compliment the LEAD Influencer, and provide additional learning resources that can be integrated to create 'matrix specific' learning experiences.

The Matrix LEAD Influencer BTI™, together with the subject specific Matrix Intelligence™ supplements, provide Facilitators with 6 'stand alone' learning products that can be integrated to create bespoke offerings. For example they can be used 'in-house' as additional corporate learning solutions; or offered commercially (in the case of Training, Coaching or Consultancy companies; or independent Trainers, Coaches or Consultants), as tailored packages that augment their existing portfolio of offerings.

On successful completion of the 2 day Certification workshop you will be given your Matrix LEAD Influencer BTI™ Certification document, enabling you to purchase all the LEAD Influencer materials. As a Certificated LEAD Influencer Facilitator you are able to use the instrument and additional supplements, and market the products as an offering to your own customers or clients.

The investment price for the 2 day Certification workshop is UK £1,200 (or your currency equivalent + VAT/Tax). The price includes all The Matrix LEAD Influencer BTI™ materials outlined above, coffee and refreshments in the mornings and afternoons, and a sandwich buffet lunch on both days. Excluded from the price is overnight accommodation and other food and refreshment costs.

Payment for attendance on The LEAD Influencer Certification Workshop is required when your provisional seat allocation is confirmed, and this date can vary depending upon availability. There are no refunds for cancelations, however a replacement person can be nominated up to 5 working days prior to a Certification Workshop, or a provisional alternative date can be selected. Payments can be made using any major credit card, company or personal cheque. An Invoice can be raised in advance of the Certification Workshop and sent, on request, to your organisation for payment. Cheques have to clear before a Certification Workshop begins for your provisional seat allocation to be confirmed. VAT/Tax receipt invoices are sent on full payment.
